As I am trying to settle down from the extended new year party, the world at large has been going on, and I am playing catch. Here are some tidbits that miraculously penetrated through this hazy post-new-year syndrome.

Artists on the rocks
Over at VAST, we had our winter program for kids, from December 24 to January 5, 2008. Thirty students aged between 8-19 years, mostly from schools in Thimphu, took part in our program where besides art, we introduced them to digital photography and computer graphics. Rock climbing was one of the weekend activities. Thanks to Arun, Palden and Dilu over at Bhutan Climbing Club for your expert guidance on the rock.

Honourable mention
- Claudia Leisinger, a fine photographer put up some fantastic photographs under a collection titled “Changes Within Bhutan“. See if you recognise this dude.
- A very interesting blog by A Wanderer in Bhutan.
